Currently−Indefinitely I am the Founder of a New Science That I Have Named The Science of Infinite Life Extension—More Specifically, Personalized Infinite Life ExtensionPersonalized Infinite Life Extension Corporation
Who is this guy, Albert Vincent Sheppard? And About the Founding of the Nonprofit Corporation Personalized Infinite Life Extension CorporationThe publication of the 10-book series on infinite life extension is the first step for personalized infinite life extension to get into the hands of the general public and the people that I refer to as the average everyday, common person. There are no other books such as this 10-book series on the science of living as long as you want to live. As I mentioned, the most important thing that I can say about this book series is that I wish it had been available for me to read as a child and while developing into an adult; life itself as well as infinite life extension would come so much easier than trial and error and going through later-life discoveries. Along with my unique concepts, they contain segments of common knowledge and are written in common language, and addressed to The New Science of Infinite Life Extension: Personalized Infinite Life Extension.
Today, the concept of personalized, is
beginning to dominate the thinking of biotech, pharmacology, bioscience,
biotechnology, and medicine. It means just what it implies; the study, the
interpretations, the diagnostics, the application, the treatment, the drugs,
etc. that have as a purpose to keep you alive is based on your individual personalized bio-data. Scientist have finally begun to pay attention to the
long-known fact that EVERY single individual on Earth, although all the same species
is significantly different in genetics, in differences due to exposures to their
lifetime environments, and of course, genetic mutations, epigenetics,[1] etc. Every person expresses different
behaviors, every second of the day, including food substances, liquids,
and other substance intake. Every person has been and is exposed to totally different internal and external
environments, and what works for one person may not be as effective for
another. As a result, you must take
responsibility to understand and to mediate the processes that are
prescribed, so-to-speak, for your personal
infinite life extension. As in the magnificent genetic studies being done from
voluntarily submitted genetic materials to 23andMe, the Million Veteran
Program, etc. and the giving of permission to correlate genes and an
individual’s health surveys to improve the health of the general public,
improvement to the processes described/prescribed, so-to-speak, here will
benefit from personalized feedback
from you. As such, personized infinite life extension is also a movement and must never be a static
event or static science; it must be dynamic.
I am currently, in addition to my other preparations, preparing myself to do
the software engineering to capture and to improve the personalization of infinite life extension.
With varying degrees of success, the concept and the use of
this kind of personal life-data is already a part of medical treatments, drug discovery
and development, drug recommendations, diagnosis of illnesses, methods of
treatment, assessment of disease risk, and application to health maintenance,
wellness, early intervention and prevention, etc. The terms personalized
medicine, precision medicine, systems medicine, stratified medicine, theranostics, and P4 medicine are seemingly desperate and
sometimes commercial attempts by different scientific specialties or businesses
to usurp the concept or make it unique to themselves, but essentially they are
all based on new technology for diagnostic data, informatics software
application, biomedical devices, testing, informed procedures, the input of qualified
lab personnel, and AI decisions. This all sounds great EXCEPT…. What is vitally different about The
New Science of Infinite Life Extension
is that while it too is based on the fact that every individual, including an
identical twin, has a unique variation of the human genome and changes that
happen to the DNA, RNA, genetic mutations, proteins, environments since
conception over one’s lifetime, substance intake by mouth and nose, and
perceptions, analysis, and behaviors, is that it begins with that
emergent[2]
being, and engages each whole individual’s personal status,
behaviors, and knowledge to effect that single individual’s outcome of infinite
life extension—not
waiting for or focused on illnesses, medications, and cures. This is unlike all
the above that, although some say they are not
reductionist[3]
segments of life-sciences and may actually claim to be systems approaches, they actually
are reductionist and are primarily focused on illnesses, cures, cost
effectiveness, profits, getting their names and works published in scientific
pubs, paying the bills, and in most cases commercial ROI—almost NONE of which is directly useful or actionable for
YOU and it’s NOT about YOUR infinite life extension. Personalized Infinite Life Extension Corporation puts YOU in charge of
YOUR own changes for yourself and
your future generations. You are in charge of the variation to the switches of your
human genome, changes to your DNA, RNA, proteins, environments, metabolism, substance
intake by mouth and nose, and your perceptions, all of which determine your
potential for infinite life extension. I have added major observations,
concepts, and life extension actions to this typical list along with highly
expanded concepts of microorganisms, epigenetics, and many unique unusual
suspects for your battle strategies and intelligence analyses for your survival.
Most importantly, although I used quite specific and academic terms to explain
all this to you, this 10-book series is written for the average everyday, common person, and avoids the academic,
scientific, or medical approach and/or terminology as much as possible. Others,
however, are writing to their academic or scientific peers and the small
percentage of people who follow their developments. Much of it is paraphrased
from the people who did the original work—and not original thought. Currently, I spend nearly
all my time, day and nights, when not studying, researching, or in school,
collecting more research, writing notes, and framing my thoughts on infinite
life extension in ways and words that can be easily understood. And, all my studies
for my soon-to-be 12 university degrees are chosen for their relevance to
infinite life extension as wells as the bio-research, medical devices, and
major, undisclosed, future network project that I will create. My purpose and
goal is to make major contributions to global society in health, wellness, infinite
life extension, AND to a better global existence. My life paths have
organically coalesced and led me to write these books—at this exact time and
place in my journey. I discuss not only
putting babies and children on track for infinite life extension but also
putting them on track for successful life pursuits, well-being, happiness, and
being a well-adjusted human being in society.
If you want to know the essence of a person, look to their early years,
the 9 months after conception and the first 7 years after birth. For most
people, finding where they fit in life, finding value
to life, or purpose in life takes a
lifetime and many never do. My mother was a single parent, domestic
servant, day-wage worker, who worked for very few dollars. With only an 8th
grade education, she single-handedly raised five kids. In her experience, there
was less opportunity for minorities regardless of motivation, ability,
training, education, character, or experience, so while I excelled and won
awards in academics, music, and art class at school in the early grades, I got
no academic or career guidance or motivation from home. On the other hand I
never lacked for food, emergency care, shelter, security, warmth, or adequate
clothing. Somehow my mother had brought home several huge medical encyclopedias
and medical reference books. Perhaps one of her financially well-off,
professional employers was a doctor and discarded his old books. Although a
very young child, I spent a lot of time looking at the human anatomy and
reading about biological functions. By the time I started school, for example,
I knew more about the details of a woman’s reproductive anatomy than the girls
in my classes did, and of course other things about biology and medicine. (I
wish those book had also included these 10 books; it; life itself as well as
infinite life extension would come so much easier than trial and error and
going through later-life discoveries.) I was so studious as a child that I
actually got upset when my mother called me downstairs to wash the dishes, iron
my baby sister’s dress, or do some other chore. I spent an enormous amount of hours
alone in the nearby children’s library exploring the world and all ideas,
people, cultures, sciences, and histories of the world. I still remember how
excited I was when I became old enough to get a membership to the adult library
upstairs. Again, I buried myself in exploring books on literally every shelf in
that enormous city library. Some school kids bullied me about being so-called
smart and some called me the Egghead Professor although my head was a bit
pointy then. Of all the
thousands of characters in history, I somehow identified with three individuals
that became my surrogate role models since I had no real life role models or
guidance at that time. One was Dr. Albert Schweitzer, another was Albert
Einstein, and the third was Warner von Braun. I was inspired by Dr.
Schweitzer’s medical mission to the Dark Continent, Einstein’s influence on
dark matter, dark holes, and the dark secrets of the universe, and while not
yet knowing of Von Braun’s Nazi dark side, and that dark period in history, I
was inspired by his space engineering and physics technology. It could be that
this explains my diverse pursuits in technology, healthcare, biotech, medicine,
and life extension. Von Braun, the German, who came to America after WWII and
led the American rocket program, along with Albert Einstein, inspired me
towards technology, science, the advancement of human possibilities and our
capability for future progress. Dr. Schweitzer is famous for founding and
supporting the Albert Schweitzer Hospital in Lambaréné,
in the part of French Equatorial Africa, which is now Gabon. He received the
1952 Nobel Peace Prize for his philosophy of "Reverence for Life,” and
this combined with my early exposure to the medical volumes that I read as a
child, inspired me towards medicine and life extension. §

I was a combat infantry officer in the U.S.
Marine Corps with numerous honors and medals. So, does that mean that I’m qualified to inform you on the
topic of infinite life extension? No, it does not. There is no real precedent for competency about this subject. But… My Lost Years: Combat, the Battle, and the BattlefieldAlthough I had good grades, I dropped out of college while entering my senior year.
As a new civilian, I enrolled in premed at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, but unlike many others who made the transition from military to college easily, I immediately dropped out. This began what I a period that I think of as my lost years. I worked in a wide variety of industries and even established my own small businesses and corporations, but nothing came fully to fruition. Although I gained more real-life and business experience than many get in a lifetime, I was meant for something different. The aftereffects, stress, and trauma of being a combat infantry officer had stayed with me but were subtle and unrecognized. for many years, but in 2004, with the help of the Veteran Administration, I got back on track, went back to school, and as you’ve just read, I’ve been studying non-stop at over a dozen colleges and universities in multiple disciplines, and earned multiple degrees…for 16 years, exclusively learning, researching, writing, and unknowingly preparing for this book series. In retrospect, what I consider my lost years were actually intensive, immersive training and experience in real-life, multiple cultures, events, and environments that most high-level science and medical professionals never have. I believe that this level of understanding has constrained and focused my writing to a more practical, down-to-earth, explanations and methodology and given me the ability to translate science and medicine into common sense application that make infinite life extension accessible to the average everyday, common person rather than directing it to professional, scientific, academic, and/or medical peers. Thus, this infinite life extension book project is unique in the world and throughout modern times. Perhaps the greatest benefit of my unique combination of academics and life exposures is the 10-book series itself. The ideation, the recognition of, and correlations of this selection of a few hundred key life extension factors from the thousands of choices is a direct result my unique combination of early medical aspirations, multidimensional academics, life battles, battles for life, and military combat experiences. No one else could have written what I’ve written. Even More Relevant
Book #2 is about this Violent Planet. Every brain in every person is a discrete product of her or his exposures, which help to inform gene expression, human biology, and all behaviors. It should not be difficult for you to see how my exposures from conception, youth, the military combat, and the jungle of cut-throat business competition and life-strife led to my realization that all life, whether on a microscopic level, community level, or worldwide level, is a battle. Book #2 expresses the core concept of what must be understood to achieve infinite life extension— Earth Is a Murderous, Dirty, and Chaotic Place ―Everything is trying to Kill You, Harm You, Eat You, Use You, or Consume You. My experiences or exposure to the coordinated madness of combat having both some enlisted, grunt, non-officer experience, some leadership experience as an officer and combat troop leader, plus being subject to orders from higher level officer gave me a perspective that few ever get in a lifetime. The death and destruction experience changed me, and I now have a huge intolerance of incompetency—primarily when the stakes are life or death. This too helped unknowingly mold my unique perspective and knowledge of infinite life extension that is unique in the world. [1] Epigenetics is not a new concept in science, but it has recently become better understood and a popular topic. It’s not necessary for you to understand it, except to
know that things in your life, your behavior, and your surroundings/environment
can turn certain hereditary genes on, off, or modify the strength of their
expression, including such things as conditions and experiences in life as well
as pre-birth in the womb via the mother’s environment, nutrition, addictions,
health, movements, abuses, hormones, emotions, good and bad experiences while
pregnant, etc. These superficially generated biological changes can be passed
on to offspring by the normal genetic inheritance process in human
reproduction. [2] Emergent Properties: The individuals and the population of a species have
what science calls emergent properties that are unlike those of any of
the component parts. A nucleus of an atom does not behave the same, have the
same needs, have the same characteristics, have the same functions as the
quarks of which it is made. An atom does not behave the same, have the same
needs, have the same characteristics, have the same functions as the nucleus or
electrons of which is made. A molecule does not behave the same, have the same
needs, have the same characteristics, have the same
functions of the atoms of which it is made. A cell does not behave the same,
have the same needs, have the same characteristics, have
the same functions of the molecules of which it is made. A tissue does not
behave the same, have the same needs, have the same characteristics, have the same functions of the cells of which it is made. An
organ does not behave the same, have the same needs, have the same
characteristics, have the same functions of the
tissues of which it is made. A bio-system does not behave the same, have the
same needs, have the same characteristics, and have the same functions of the
organs or components of which it is made. A woman, girl, man, or boy does not
behave the same, have the same needs, have the same characteristics, and have
the same functions of the bio-systems of which it is made. What emerges at each
higher level of the hierarchy functions entirely differently, behaves
differently, and is far greater than the sum of its components. The behaviors
and life characteristics of the body are beyond what can be predicted
from its components. This is known fact that science knows well
but too often ignores when it is looking through a reductionist[2] lens
and trying to assess a potential by scientific method alone. Infinite life
extension of this emergent being, the human, goes beyond what can be predicted
from human components, drugs, or a reductionist view of the minute
investigation of cells. STILL, there is a need to understand the underlying
structures and function not merely for the sake of science but to help fix
things that go wrong. [3] The terms reductionist and
reductionism are used in this book series to refer to the typical approach of
science (scientists), research (researchers), and their (our) methods of
studying and explaining the functions, properties, structure, or the workings
of something highly complex, e.g. an entity, a structure, a microorganism, a
person, a cell, the brain, etc. The idea is to break it down into its simpler
parts in order to understand what it is, how it functions, how it’s structured,
how it does what it does, etc. While this is essential in science, it is the
opposite of studying the thing as a whole (holism). The two are not mutually
exclusive. Care and Feeding is based on the emergent being, which has properties, functions, structures, and
characteristics far greater than any of the parts. The emergent being cannot be
predicted by a reductionist analysis
of any of its parts or systems, and infinite life extension can never be
achieved by bio-scientists studying the functions of these parts. The
understanding of the underlying parts is, however, essential. Unlike in
pharmacology, bio-tech, and medicine, which are primarily focused on illness
and cures, infinite life extension cannot be achieved with a reductionist approach to the human alien.
Albert was accepted at three universities in between 2017 and 2019, Arizona State University to earn a degree in software engineering, Delaware State University to complete a degree started years ago in psychology, and Georgetown University to earn a 4th Master’s Degree,in System’s Medicine. In addition, he is continuing classes periodically at City College of San Francisco in the pre-med and biotech sciences. He is now enrolled in four schools simultaneously. He began studies at Georgetown’s Systems Medicine program and planned to followed with medical school to obtain a MD. He is also planning to continue advanced courses and to obtain increased competency in biotech and stem cells, which he already began at City College of San Francisco. He has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technology Management with and emphasis in Biomeddical Engineering Technology and 3 Masters Degrees,--MBA, MPA, and MISM--which cover business, public administration, healthcare, information systems, and IT Tools/programming.
He also decided that he needs to have the skills of a software engineer, not just a programmer, to complete the projects that he has in planning to benefit society in infinite life extension.

skilled in writing and speaking for a myriad of goals whether business,
technical, medical, health, cultural, social, or international. I also speak

Travels I’m originally from
Wilmington Delaware. I’ve
travelled and spent time living or doing business in most of the East Coast
states, West Coast states, Southern states, some Mid-west states and Guam,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico. Foreign travels include Ukraine, Sweden, France, Hong
Kong, Vietnam, Japan, Curacao,
Martinique, Panama, and Mexico. My Sports I’m an avid jogger, and I can be seen running to the beach, up in the hills, from the bottom to the top of Sharp Hill, or even to the Safeway or post office. I workout with a complete home gym of dumbbells, barbells, racks, benches, and machines. I do Latin dancing and ballroom and have taught Salsa and multiple Latin dances for over nine years in Portland, Oregon and San Francisco. I am, of course, a rabid 49er fan as well as the Warriors, the Giants and other Bay Area teams. Ultimately, as long as a California team wins, if the Bay Area team doesn’t. Prior Business, Organizational,
Entrepreneurial, Management, Project, and Work Experience and Accomplishments George S. May Company, an international business consulting company. In this capacity, I traveled to many western states to turn-around struggling businesses in diverse industries. After objectively analyzing a company’s operations, financing, human resources, facilities, equipment, tools, policies, mission, strategies, management and ownership, I specified the programs to be developed and installed to allow the business owners to control costs and operations and to increase productivity and profitability−most often with greater employee satisfaction too. I then contracted them to a sufficient amount of consulting action team hours. A contract project team was then flown in to implement the changes necessary to set the business on the correct path to efficiency and success. Prior to that, I worked for two major competiting, large chain department stores at different times, in a material handling & distribution mid-level management position and also a department store merchandise buyer position in Atlanta, Georgia. I was initially hired and worked for a year or more as head of security for the downtown Atlanta store and had a large staff of guards, off-duty police, and detectives fulltime. I came to the Bay Area of California when H.C. Capwell Department store chain hired me form Rich’s Department store chain in Atlanta and moved me to live in Berkeley, California to be the General Manager of a 295,000 square-foot distribution center with 5 managers and 250 Teamster employees on a day and night shift and a fleet of delivery trucks. All mine. After a couple of years, because of my ability to see through obstacles and opportunities, and to plan complex solutions, I was tapped by top management to play a central role as a Projects Manager in merging the H.C. Capwell and the Emporium store chains that had totally separate operations, system, goods, facilities, stores, employees, prices, styles, buyers, managers, computer systems, point of sale systems, and top management. It was done successfully. These department store chains typically also change ownership frequently in the midst of bankruptcy filings or to avoid it. Initially the stores in Atlanta were Davison’s Department store chain and Rich’s department store chain. And the parent corporations of the Atlanta and Bay Area stores were Macy’s Corporation stores, Federated stores, and Carter Hawley Hale stores. These were just a few of the major publicly traded players in big retail. Recent Business,
Organizational, Entrepreneurial, Management, Project, and Work Experience and
Accomplishments Through with the big retail and the consulting for George S. May
Company, I started and operated a
business startup consulting business of my own. This transitioned into starting
and operating my own print shop, a contract telemarketing business (e.g.
subscription mail and telemarketing for clients like the San Francisco Business
Times), and a mailing service/postal direct mail service. Additionally, I joint-ventured with some companies and
with one startup I took the lead in helping the company seek financial partners and to proceed with Public Offering/IPO.
I learned a huge and hard lesson of both success and failure that will be pure gold to help or advise any other business. There’s a big difference between working with large, well-financed corporations, consulting with other businesses, and trying to make ends meet yourself, day-to-day in your own small business. The difference(s) may seem simple, but they’re not. 2008 Obama Fellow/Organizer In 2008, while still in
graduate school, I was sending multiple communications to Barack Obama about
what the country needed, about suggestions for his campaign, etc. I received an
invitation to apply be an Obama Fellow. I applied and was accepted. They sent
me to Iowa since California was already heavily Democratic; I had a choice of early
entry into the tougher political battlegrounds. I was able to continue graduate
school with some online courses while in Iowa. Few people know that there were
3000 such as me that spread out to cities across the country that essentially
organized the bulk of the campaign by organizing existing groups and
individuals throughout. Based in existing campaign headquarters we succeeded in
registering huge numbers of voters, many of them voting for the first time. I
personally set some records for numbers of new voters signed up among my other
duties as an "organizer”. And we won both in Iowa and nationally as Obama
became President. I have included this not knowing your political persuasion,
because it represents skills that are relevant. A 2004 Connection to the VA
Changed My Path In retrospect, in the late 1990s I had reached a low point in my life. In 2004, I was on the verge of loss of faith in myself and my abilities. Events of the past 6 years had not all been postive; some had been negative. In 2004, the VA (Veteran’s Administration) told me that I was qualified for 100% benefits which included full healthcare and them paying in full for me to get a Bachelor’s Degree because of my combat service events. I was more than ready for the added lift that I had earned. The renewed energy from VA support resulted in what you read above about my education pursuits and my continued pursuit for knowledge and contributing in big ways. 2007 to 2008 Prerequisite to Graduation: The Capstone Project Prior to graduation for my Bachelor of Science Degree, I had to prepare a senior project. I elected to do it alone. For the senior Capstone project for Technology Management at Devry, you will see that I created five (5) Delaware corporations and gave my presentation to faculty. As I noted above, for my project, I was awarded one of the coveted Capstone awards for "Elegance of Design” (award certificate is attached). The information about the corporations and the links to their websites are on the site htttp://www.GlobalTradeRoute.Com and my Linkedin Profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/albert-sheppard-60537510/ , which are attached to this resume. Since I have been in school either fulltime or part-time even after multiple degrees, I have not done anything with the corporations that I formed.
